    We use a language algorithm to enhance the property description with key verbiage to attract more potential clients. This description may or may not include your description. Further, there are legal obligations in posting a description on the MLS.
    The commission to the buyers agent should be a percent. Average is 3%. You can choose to list with a flat number however it is suggested you choose a percent to pay the buyers agent enough of an incentive to market your property to their clients.

    Please upload as many images as you can. We will attempt to enhance the images. It is suggested that you use a professional photographer if you do not have the ability to upload high quality images. Our research has shown great images help sell properties much faster.
